Welcome to the User2User Europe 2025 Speaker Program
We are delighted that you are interested in presenting at User2User Europe taking place at the Hilton Munich Airport, May 13, 2025.
Please note: Submission period officially ends on January 24th. New submissions after that date may not be considered for User2User 2025.
To get started, please log in below. But first, a few important notes:
- You may submit your proposed presentation(s) for User2User Europe anytime between now and January 24.
- Before submitting, we encourage you to review the tracks and topics we hope to have as part of the program in 2025.
- Before you can submit an abstract, you will need to create a speaker account. To do so, click on "Login" on the menu, and then click "New user? Click here". Please note: Your profile information including your profile photo and biography will be used to create your speaker profile on the event agenda in case your presentation has been accepted.
- Once logged in to your account, you are welcome to submit multiple sessions/abstracts under your profile; a maximum of five (5) presentations will be accepted per organization.
- You can save your abstracts for later, editing before submitting. The site will time-out after 20 minutes if you haven't saved.
- You will receive a confirmation email when you submit your session.
- If accepted to speak, you will be asked to sign a marketing agreement.

Speaker notifications for approved and denied presentations on or before this date - March 21
- Speaker acceptance and confirmation of session title and description for publishing
- Provide speaker information (bio, picture, name, title, email)
- Signed marketing agreement is due
- April 18
Speaker registration deadline - April 29
Final presentation (PowerPoint and PDF) due
