We are delighted that you are interested in presenting at Realize LIVE Americas taking place at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada, May 13-16, 2024.

What you need to know:

• You can submit sessions for Realize LIVE Americas 2024 through January 12th.
• You can submit multiple sessions under your profile.
• You will receive a confirmation email when you submit your session.
• You will receive an email notification for any approved or declined submissions by January 25th.
• Please note: Your profile information including your profile photo and biography will be used to create your speaker profile on the event agenda.​​​​​​​

Please take note of the important Speaker Program Milestones:
January 25th:

• All speakers will be notified if accepted or declined for Realize LIVE Americas 2024

February 29th:

• Marketing agreement: download the marketing agreement received in your approval email notification, sign and return to your Siemens representative.
• Final Session title and description must be confirmed at this time.
• ​​​​​​​Speaker name, title, company, profile photo and bio are finalized

April 4th:

• If you applied for an on-demand presentation, create your pre-recorded video (20-30 minutes suggested) and upload it before the due date (additional instructions will be provided.)

May 2nd:

• Provide a PDF version of your presentation to your Siemens representative.
