Please note: Submission period officially ends on January 30th. New submissions after that date may not be considered for User2User 2026.


Ready to Share Your Ideas? Here’s How to Get Started

  • Submit Your Proposal: You can submit presentations for User2User North America anytime before January 30.
  • Explore Topics: Review the 2026 tracks and themes to align your abstract with the program focus.
  • Create Your Speaker Profile: Click Login in the menu, then New user? Click here to set up your account. Your photo and bio will appear on the agenda if your session is accepted.
  • Save as You Go: Drafts can be saved and edited later. Remember, the site will time out after 20 minutes if not saved.
  • Get Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once your session is submitted.

Best Presentation Award – Celebrating Innovation

The Best Presentation Award recognizes Siemens EDA customers who exemplify our commitment to solving today’s challenges and shaping the future of innovation.

Eligibility:
Any Siemens EDA customer presenting at User2User North America is eligible.

How It Works:

​​​​​​​Conference attendees will vote onsite for their favorite presentations, and the top three presentations will receive the Best Presentation Award.

  • Submission Deadline


February 20

  • Speaker notifications for approved and denied presentations on or before this date


March 2

  • Speaker acceptance and confirmation of session title and description for publishing
  • Provide speaker information (bio, picture, name, title, email)
  • Signed marketing agreement is due


April 10

  • Speaker Registration deadline


April 20

  • Final presentation (PowerPoint and PDF) due
