Welcome to the User2User North America 2024 Speaker Program
We are delighted that you are interested in presenting at User2User North America taking place at Santa Clara Marriott, April 3-4, 2024.
Please note: Submission period officially ends on February 16th. New submissions after that date may not be considered for User2User 2024.
What you need to know
- Before you can submit an abstract, you will need to create a speaker account. To do so, click on "Login" on the menu, and then click "New user? Click here". Please note that a speaker photo and biography are not required for submission - but have to be added when your presentation has been accepted. Please note: Your profile information including your profile photo and biography will be used to create your speaker profile on the event agenda in case your presentation has been accepted.
- Once logged in to you account, you can submit multiple sessions/abstracts under your profile.
- You can save your abstracts for later editing before submitting.
- You will receive a confirmation email when you submit your session.
Please take note of the important Speaker Program Milestones:
- February 16 | Submission deadline
- February 29 | Speaker acceptance notifications
- March 15 | Provide speaker information (bio, picture, name, role, email)
- March 18 | Signed marketing agreement is due
- March 18 | Speaker Registration deadline
- March 28 | Final pdf presentation is due (North America)
- April 30 | Final pdf presentation is due (Europe)
